Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Ultra Brut, 75cl
Laurent-Perrier first created this ‘grand vin sans sucre’ in 1981. Winemaker Alain Terrier selects only the ripest grapes to make this unique wine that has no dosage to adjust the sweetness level prior to release. As a result, the balance of sugar and acidity must be perfect at the time of harvest. 55% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir, the wine is matured for four years before release. Ideal both as an apéritif and for those looking for wines with minimal sugar for dietary reasons.
